Your Role
As Chief of Staff you will work directly with our SVP Operations Tim Meyding as well as FINN’s operations leadership team and external stakeholders. You are a key contributor to the department’s strategy, priorities and performance; you identify, plan and execute key strategic projects (internal & external), and you support day-to-day business operations. In this position, you will gain first hand experience in steering and driving a 100 FTE+ high-performance organization that constantly explores opportunities for innovation at the intersection of the digital and the physical world to provide the best car usership experience efficiently at scale. This is a great role for someone who has gained experience in dynamic environments and is looking to grow and have a meaningful and tangible impact.

Your Responsibilities
- Work directly with our SVP Operations to identify and discuss strategic topics, current challenges and future projects to continue to drive FINN’s growth journey that took us to over 25.000 active customers already.
- Spearhead key projects that have a critical impact on FINN’s success (e.g. launching "click & collect” as a delivery option).
- Drive department performance by supporting performance management, as well as helping attract and recruit new talents for key positions in the Operations department.
- Own and advance department operations for FINN’s operations department to ensure a high-performance working environment and great team spirit, e.g. performance check-ins, leadership meetings and department all-hands meetings.
Your Profile
- 4+ years of experience in a high-performance environment, e.g. strategy consulting or fast-growing startups. Experience in Operations is a plus.
- Highly effective in individually identifying, setting up and running strategic projects and initiatives independently.
- Ability to independently develop and execute a long-term strategy and vision.
- Excellent business sense and entrepreneurial mindset paired with an analytical, data-driven way of thinking and solving complex problems.
- High level of energy, great work ethic and hands-on mentality.
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, technology management, or similar.
- Strong command of office tools (slides, spreadsheets, docs) with an eye for detail and appealing design.
- Full proficiency in German (C2) and English (min. C1).
