Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager for Korea to support the sale and adoption of GenISys’ software products. Topics can be on lithography corrections, process simulation, and layout optimization as well as advanced SEM-based image analysis and metrology.
Duties include pre-sale (promotion and demonstration of product, technical support of evaluations), sales (quotation and closing) and post-sale support (installation, training, debugging, and resolving customer issues). The Account Manager actively develops the business with existing and new accounts by combining sales and technical support, being part of the whole APAC team and connected to the headquarters.
Job Qualifications
We are seeking a results-oriented and accountable person that strives on working in an international environment.
- Experienced engineer with demonstrated talent for creativity and execution
- Successful degree in a science, technology, or engineering discipline paired with 3+ years of experience in technical support and/or sales of lithography software or nanofabrication and microscopy equipment
- Broad understanding of Laser, e-Beam and Projection Lithography systems, nano-fabrication processes, and scanning electron microscopy
- Good IT background, familiarity with Windows and Linux OS, high-level scripting/ programming skills (e.g. Python) in the CAD environment
- Individuals with a strong ability to learn and explore new technologies and being able to demonstrate good analysis and problem-solving skills are preferred
- Able to uncover new business opportunities and manage the sales process
- Motivated team player, enjoy working with customers, strong communication skills
