As part of American Express, we, together with PAYBACK and Loyalty Partner Solutions, are pioneering in the implementation of customer loyalty programs.
This is a part-time position (up to 28 hours per week) and available immediately.
YOUR TASKS
- As part of our Risk Management team, you will gradually take on responsibility in the area of our Service Provider Management
- You will develop a detailed understanding of our risk assessment process for new and existing service providers in collaboration with our parent company American Express and the local stakeholders
- You will be responsible for management reporting regarding our service provider risks and will continuously enhance it in line with guidelines and requirements
- You will standardize and automate processes and your tasks wherever appropriate
- You will provide support and guidance in risk analyses and advise local stakeholders on implementing measures to reduce risks, as well as monitor their execution
YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration / Economics, or a comparable qualification
- You have professional experience in a relevant field such as risk management, auditing, or consulting, combined with an interest in security, data, or tech topics
- Ideally, you have gained initial experience in using and automating processes within the SharePoint environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of complex workflows are among your strengths
- Furthermore, you are able to push topics forward even in the face of resistance and complete your tasks with a strong goal-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills as well as excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
