YOUR TASKS
As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) in the Tech Advisory domain, you take on a central role in complex transformation projects. You support our clients in the digital and organizational evolution of their business models and processes - from strategy through to operational implementation.

- You work at the intersection of business, technology, and change management, apply agile methodologies in a targeted manner, and actively drive sustainable transformations.
- You analyze existing IT landscapes and design as well as implement modern technology solutions to support transformation initiatives.
- You apply agile ways of working and take on roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner in client projects.
- You independently manage and deliver transformation projects, with a focus on digitalization, process optimization, and organizational development.
- You design and facilitate change processes, including stakeholder management, communication strategies, and organizational enablement.
- You identify optimization potential and implement efficient, digitally supported business processes.
- You prepare complex content and develop compelling concepts and presentations for top management.
- You collaborate closely with clients, interdisciplinary teams, and other project stakeholders to successfully deliver sustainable transformation outcomes.
YOUR PROFIL
We are looking for individuals with drive, a strong sense of responsibility, and a clear affinity for technology and change.
- You hold a degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
- You have several years of professional experience (at least 3–5 years) in management consulting or in transformation and/or digitalization projects.
- You possess a certification in agile project management, ideally as a Scrum Master or Product Owner, and have hands-on experience applying agile methodologies.
- You have a strong understanding of technology and are able to translate modern technologies (cloud, data & AI, cybersecurity) into scalable IT architectures and digital platforms.
- You bring solid project management skills and experience in leading (sub-)projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- You have experience in transformation and change management and are capable of structuring and sustainably embedding organizational change.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills while maintaining a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
- You have excellent MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel), along with strong presentation and communication abilities.
- You stand out through high levels of initiative, teamwork, and a strong customer focus.
- You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level in both languages).
