YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for the overarching lifecycle strategy for the different stages of the PAYBACK customer journey with the goal of increasing customer loyalty and creating the best user experience
• You plan, coordinate, and implement innovative, event-based email campaigns and print mailings for our PAYBACK partners (e.g., for new customers or customers at risk of churning)
• You coordinate advertising materials with internal departments and external interfaces such as agencies and partners
• Through analyses and regular derivation of optimization potentials, you get the maximum out of the campaigns
• You create sales-supporting and management-ready presentations and can present them appropriately to various stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• You impress with expertise and experience in the conception, implementation, and analysis of email campaigns and print mailings
• You understand technical contexts in email marketing and are familiar with content management systems or CRM systems
• You can work precisely in operational processing but also want to think conceptually outside the box
• You have good analytical skills and can handle numbers
• Your strengths include strong communication skills, initiative, structured working methods, and organizational talent
• A degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification optionally rounds off your profile
