Position Summary

As we continue to expand and drive our vision forward, we are seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist to join our European HQs based in Munich.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Strategic Planning and will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting market intelligence to support the company’s strategic goals in Europe.

You will be work closely with Sales, Marketing and Supporting Teams across Europe and Korea.

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze macroeconomic and industry development to support strategic decision-making
• Stay up to date with the latest market & technology trends
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market and interpret market insights into business context
• Support the management’s activities to address urgent internal and external tasks

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a preference for business, finance, economics, MBA is a plus
• 3+ years of professional experience in market intelligence/data analysis/strategy
• Experience/knowledge in the semiconductor, alternatively high-tech industry
• Advanced MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills required, experience with AI tools is a plus
• Native-level fluency in English and German is required, Korean is a plus
