Position Summary

As we continue to expand and drive forward our vision, we are seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist for the European HQs based in Munich.

In this role, reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Planning, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting market data that are relevant for achieving the company’s strategic goals in Europe.

This position will be working closely with Sales, Marketing and Supporting Teams in Europe and Korea.

This is a fixed term contract as a maternity leave cover.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and collect critical macro agenda and deliver insightful reports that support strategic decision-making
• Keep track of the latest industry & technology trends
• Conduct research on the new markets to capture potential market opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to understand market and interpret it into business context
• Support the management’s activities to address urgent internal and external tasks

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a preference for business, finance, economics, MBA is a plus
• 3+ years of professional experience in market intelligence/data analysis/strategy
• Experience/knowledge in the semiconductor, alternatively high-tech industry
• Advanced MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills required, experience with AI tools is a plus
• Proficient in English and German is required, Korean is a plus
