From ABBA’s timeless melodies to the bold grooves born at nearby Cheiron Studios, we’ve blended Sweden’s crisp modernism with playful retro touches and Stockholm’s swinging ’60s pop scene. It’s a place to unwind, tune into the local beat, and feel the city’s cultural pulse. With 187 rooms, Ruby Frida rises in Kungsholmen, just steps from Fridhemsplan station. From here, Stockholm’s Old Town, lively café culture, green parks and glittering waterways are all within easy reach.

We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of Europe's most exciting locations and many more projects under construction. We break new ground with our Lean Luxury philosophy, creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury.

The role is set to start in May, just in time for the opening of our hotel in June. First interviews are planned for the end of March, and those invited to our first audition will hear from us separately.

• actively work in the service, taking the lead as shift supervisor, ensuring everything runs smoothly, whether behind the bar, in service, or at the front office
• make sure all service, quality, and hygiene standards are met – always with an eye for detail
• take charge of training, coaching, and onboarding new team members
• handle communication and ensure that all information flows smoothly within the team
• take guest feedback seriously and ensure a quick and efficient resolution
• share your insider tips for the best hotspots in the city with our guests, ensuring they feel at home from the first moment to the last drink

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

• already gained experience in a similar position, ideally in the trendy hospitality or lifestyle hotel industry
• flexible and ready to work in shifts
• counting reliability, multitasking and your willingness to learn among your strengths
• carrying yourself confidently, bring lots of joy to your work, and humour is just part of who you are
• enjoying working with international, demanding guests and know exactly how to handle their various needs with a smart approach
• speaking fluently Swedish and English
