Your responsibilities
You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as
- Lead, train, and support a team managing various international mobility processes
- Implement and update global mobility policies tailored to outbound, inbound, transfers, and remote work.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to update guidelines and templates reflecting legal and regulatory changes
- Generate regular dashboards for assignment types, costs, statuses, and compliance risks
- Collaborate with vendors and ensure quality of relocation services delivered across assignment types
Your profile
- Bachelor’s and/ or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, HR Business Partnering
- More than 2 years Experience in Global Mobility as a CoE function and/ or in operations
