Job description
- You are responsible for customer service in the branch, on the phone and digitally
- You are responsible for advising on services
- You conscientiously process incoming orders, cancellations and enquiries
- You take care of complaints management
- You create correspondence and maintain internal communication
Requirements
- You have completed training, for example as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You can score points with experience in customer service and order processing
- Written and spoken German is part of your profile
- You have good IT skills
- A high level of customer orientation is a matter of course for you
- You are a sales talent
