• Optimize and scale outbound lead generation infrastructure
• Improve data enrichment and lead quality across multiple markets
• Convert ICP, intent signals, and market insights into qualified opportunities
• Build and maintain automations using APIs, Webhooks, and workflow tools
• Manage CRM synchronization, segmentation, and lead routing
• Design and improve lead scoring and enrichment logic
• Evaluate and implement AI tools to increase operational efficiency

• 2+ years of experience in GTM, Growth Operations, RevOps, or similar roles
• Strong experience with HubSpot CRM
• Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment tools
• Knowledge of n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, and Webhooks
• Strong understanding of modern B2B outbound strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English and German

• Python scripting experience
• AI workflow automation experience
• SaaS industry background
• Knowledge of ABM and intent-data platforms
