What We Do

• Grant Funding: We assist our clients in securing up to EUR 15 million in tax-free, non-dilutive cash through government grants
• Debt Fundraising: We assist our clients in raising venture debt with our network, process, and document support
• FundedOS: Our proprietary SaaS solution streamlines all aspects of our consulting services and serves as a standalone platform for clients who prefer a self-service approach to non-dilutive fundraising

Tasks

What you can expect at FUNDED

Venture Ecosystem: We operate at the center of the venture ecosystem, cooperating closely with public and private funding providers - including the German state, venture capital and debt funds, and banks. Our clientele includes +80 of the most forward-thinking and well-funded Tech Start- and Scale-Ups in Germany, such as Celonis, Twaice and Wandelbots.

Start-Up: As a young and fast-growing startup, every team member is involved in the firms’ decisions, thus, being a part of our growth story. All of our employees receive a share of the company's success via our participation compensation.

Consulting: Project based, we work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders of some of the most innovative start-ups and scale-ups in Germany. We create added value for our customers through our expertise, network, and superior operational support for quantitative and qualitative tasks.

As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you will be working closely with our Founders Associate (Ex-Roland Berger) and founder being responsible for:

• Implementing, owning, and constantly improving our People operations from hiring strategy to signing
• Driving our marketing efforts, including strategic marketing goal setting and marketing execution
• Handling accounting and financial tasks, ensuring efficient management of records and invoices
• Supporting and improving our sales processes, pipelines, and CRM systems

Requirements

Requirements

We look for strong proof-points that you:

• Autonomously work and communicate with our founder/ management team, i. e. you will be directly reporting to our founder
• Structure and execute complex tasks simultaneously, i.e. work on multiple tasks while driving further topics at FUNDED
• Willing to learn and apply a high level of professionalism and efficiency, i.e. set and meet deadlines, rigorously apply 80/20 methods, and work outcome driven

Candidates interested in this role should:

• Have done a minimum of two/ ideally three internship/working student positions in relevant sectors, i.e., Consulting, Banking, Investment firm, VC-funded venture
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in business, finance, or a related field
• Possess native German language skills
