Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers through outbound prospecting.
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams.
• Update and manage CRM records.
• Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in lead generation and outbound sales.
• Knowledge of SaaS or technology sales is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, Technology, or B2B Sales.
• Construction technology industry experience is a plus.
• Confident in customer engagement and outbound sales.
• Positive attitude with a consultative sales approach.
