Hankook Tire manufactures globally innovative, award-winning radial tires of proven superior quality for passenger cars, light trucks, SUVs, RVs, trucks, and buses as well as motorsports (circuit racing/rallies). Hankook Tire’s European Headquarters is located in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt am Main in Germany. The manufacturer operates further branches in Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, UK, and Ukraine. Hankook products are sold directly through regional distributors in other local markets. Hankook Tire employs approximately 20,000 people worldwide and is selling its products in over 180 countries. Internationally leading car manufacturers rely on tires made by Hankook for their original equipment. Approximately 30 percent of the company's global sales are generated within the European and CIS-Region. Hankook Tire has been represented in the renowned Dow Jones Sustainability Index World (DJSI World) since 2016.
The following position is to be filled at our European Headquaters, located in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt am Main, as soon as possible:
HR Manager (m/f/d)
What you will do
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention.
Partner with senior leadership to drive cultural initiatives that foster engagement and a positive work environment.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Advise and support managers on performance evaluations, feedback, and goal setting.
Identify performance issues and design improvement plans.
Ensure consistent and fair application of performance management processes.
Conduct regular market research and salary benchmarking to maintain competitiveness.
Lead Europe-wide annual salary reviews and incentive programs.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for senior management.
Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
What we are looking for
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent education/training (or comparable professional experience).
Minimum of 7 years’ solid experience in a similar role.
Ability to act as a trusted sparring partner for management.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Hands-on mentality with a proactive, "can-do” attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Fluency in English and German (Korean language skills are a plus).
