HR Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.

• Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention.

• Partner with senior leadership to drive cultural initiatives that foster engagement and a positive work environment.

• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.

• Advise and support managers on performance evaluations, feedback, and goal setting.

• Identify performance issues and design improvement plans.

• Ensure consistent and fair application of performance management processes.

• Conduct regular market research and salary benchmarking to maintain competitiveness.

• Lead Europe-wide annual salary reviews and incentive programs.

• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for senior management.

• Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

What we are looking for

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent education/training (or comparable professional experience).

• Minimum of 7 years’ solid experience in a similar role.

• Ability to act as a trusted sparring partner for management.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

• Hands-on mentality with a proactive, "can-do” attitude.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Fluency in English and German (Korean language skills are a plus).
