Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d) part-time (20 hours) – Neu-Isenburg
We are looking for you to support our employees with questions relating to working time recording, parental leave, vacation and incapacity to work. Do you have a sense of humor and keep a cool head, even in hectic times? Are you a team player and keen to take on a varied and responsible role? Then we look forward to getting to know you!
Your tasks:
- Processing the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
- Maintenance of our electronic working time recording system (ATOSS)
- Personnel file creation and maintenance
- General administrative activities in the personnel area
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, ideally as an HR specialist and at least 3 years of professional experience in the HR department
- Confident handling of MS-Office, especially Excel and knowledge of ATOSS desirable
- Careful and structured way of working, team and communication skills as well as a high degree of discretion
- Native German language skills, both written and spoken, and good communication skills
