What we are looking for
- To strengthen our customers in the retail industry, we are looking for you as a full-time Java developer for an unlimited period. On request, you can be offered an attractive remote share
Your central role
- You accompany a customer-specific software project with a focus on Java in a self-organized and agile manner throughout its entire software development process: requirements analysis, design, programming, implementation, testing through to technical documentation as well as CI/CD and containerization
- You develop software components for innovative and complex goods management and cash register solutions with Java and take on their customizing in an international environment
- In a team, you drive innovations and assume responsibility for the technical implementation
Your skills
- You have very good knowledge of German and good English and have a degree in computer science or comparable technical apprenticeship
- You already have several years of professional experience in agile software development with Java/Java EE (agile: Scrum / Clean Code / Test Driven Development)
- You have practical experience in dealing with modern version control, build tools and relational database systems
- You have sufficient practical experience with web technologies, application servers and common tools and development environments such as Netbeans, Jenkins or GIT
- You already have extensive knowledge of JavaFX, DBMS such as MySQL and HTML
