Staff Technical Project Manager

Über diesen Job

Job Description Summary

Information is critical to patient care in a virtualized world. We build smart, easy-to-use technology to help caregivers make more informed decisions by activating data with artificial and business intelligence to drive efficiency and help manage costs.

For this reason, the hospital devices need to be tightly interconnected. The clinical data connections are built using the connectivity drivers that our SW team develops. The drivers connect various GE HealthCare and Non-GE HealthCare medical devices to the hospital’s digital ecosystem. The drivers acquire measurement data and make it available to the network, which alerts the caregiver if needed.

In this dynamic Staff Technical Project Manager role, you will lead day-to-day development activities of the connectivity software drivers team, driving the successful execution of technical projects within a collaborative and globally distributed environment.

You will own the end-to-end delivery of software driver development and release, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and predictability throughout the lifecycle. As the Staff Technical Project Manager, you will work closely with functional leaders to define requirements and deliverables, while coordinating with internal and external technical teams to ensure alignment with other Scrum teams and timely, on-scope outcomes.

In addition to managing execution, you will champion best practices in project management, continuously improving processes to enhance team performance. You will also serve as the Product Owner for the Scrum team, guiding the product vision and prioritizing the backlog to align with strategic goals.

GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Our purpose is to create a world where healthcare has no limits. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.
