We are looking for support in the area of order processing and operational customer service as part of a direct placement. The position is based in an international environment.

Job description
- You will be responsible for the complete processing of customer orders - from order entry to processing and follow-up
- In addition, complaints management is part of your area of responsibility
- Since internal communication is exclusively in English, you will use your language skills daily in exchange with colleagues
- In addition, you will support the team with administrative tasks and contribute to smooth processes in customer service
Requirements
- You have a very good command of English, which is essential as internal communication is exclusively in English
- Experience in order processing or order fulfilment is an advantage for you
- Your knowledge of SAP is desirable
- You are characterised by a structured and careful way of working
- You also have the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
