Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from initial intake through trial and/or settlement
• Develop case strategies, conduct depositions, and manage discovery
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate with support staff, paralegals, and fellow attorneys to ensure efficient case handling
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and trial briefs
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar
• 5-10 years of trial/litigation experience in personal injury or related fields
• Proven courtroom experience, including jury trials
• Strong negotiation and case valuation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
