At the Helios Clinic in Pirna, we are looking for you as Deputy Head of Intensive Care Unit and Intermediate Care Unit with Head of the Stroke Unit.

• Support of the division management in the organizational, personnel and disciplinary management of intensive care and IMC wards
• Shared responsibility for high-quality, patient-oriented and economical care
• Technical and organizational management of the stroke unit
• Participation in personnel planning, development and management
• Coordination of interdisciplinary cooperation in the team
• Ensuring and further developing nursing and quality standards as well as supporting change processes

• Completed training in health and nursing
• Completed further training as a Stroke Unit Nurse
• Several years of professional experience in a certified stroke unit as well as ITS and/or IMC
• Experience in a management or deputy management role
• Organizational skills, decisiveness, social competence as well as high resilience, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles is available

• Responsible and varied management position
