We are now seeking a people-oriented, passionate and organised HR Trainee to support our team and foster a positive work environment for our employees.
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you will assist in the daily operations of the Human Resources Department.
KNOW-HOW:
- Assist in recruitment and selection, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and coordinating orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR database management.
- Contribute to training sessions, employee development programs, and performance evaluations.
- Participate in employee engagement activities, welfare events, and HR initiatives.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR records.
- Assist in payroll, HR projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Holder of a Higher School Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous internships or administrative experience in HR/recruitment or a related field are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, dynamic, and innovative mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Enrolled in or eligible for the Youth Employment Program (YEP).
