• Complaints management

Profile:

• Completed technical training in the field of technology
• Several years of experience in electrical and/or refrigeration engineering
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience with CRM systems
• Written and spoken English skills are desirable
• Basic technical understanding, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, motivation, independence, and flexibility
