Your tasks

• You support and deputise for the head chef
• You coordinate stations, the pass, and daily kitchen operations
• You actively cook alongside the team and ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation
• You consistently implement hygiene regulations and lead by example on standards
• You support menu planning, promotions, buffets, and seasonal offers
• You contribute to scheduling and team organisation

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a cook
• Several years of professional kitchen experience
• Structured, clean, and independent way of working
• Team oriented, reliable, and resilient during service
• Open to modern food concepts and seasonal ideas
• Sound commercial awareness; products, planning, food cost
