Job Responsibilities:
Hauptverantwortungsbereiche:
- Termin- und mengengerechte Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen, wann, wie viele Teile von welcher Art zur Verfügung gestellt werden müssen
- Lieferabrufe des Kunden prüfen
- Unmittelbare Reaktion auf geänderte, unlogische oder auffällige Lieferabrufe
- Abstimmung mit Vorgesetztem bei Auffälligkeiten
- Bearbeitung von Fehlerprotokollen in SAP
- Touren- und Zeitfensterplanungen in Abstimmung mit den Logistikdienstleistern und Kunden
- Planung, Organisation und Überwachung von Sondertouren
- Bearbeitung von 8D-Reportings
- Erstellung und Kontrolle von Montageaufträgen, Gestellzetteln und Ladelisten
- Bearbeitung und Erstellung von Frachtbriefen und Durchführung der Lieferschein-DFÜ
- Ansprechpartner für Kunden bezüglich JIT-Abwicklung
- Sachgerechte Bedienung und Pflege der vorhandenen Systeme, bei Systemstörungen Einleiten von Ersatzmaßnahmen
- Mitarbeit bei erforderlichen Inventuren, Bestandspflegen, Bestandsabgleichen
- Steuerung der Kommissionierung
Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Logistikbereich
- Erfahrungen in den oben beschriebenen Aufgaben
- Kenntnisse in SAP R3
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englisch,- und Tschechisch Kenntnisse von Vorteil
