REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Director HRBP Operations Non-Manufacturing in Winston Salem, NC
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic HR Advisory: Serve as a strategic advisor to the Sr. HRBP and OLT on organizational design, workforce optimization, and structural transformation.
- Change Management Leadership: Drive enterprise-wide change initiatives to ensure alignment, adoption, and long-term sustainability.
- Talent Strategy & Development: Partner with CoEs to implement integrated talent strategies, support succession planning, and strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Leadership Coaching & Performance: Provide coaching to senior leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, and team development; facilitate talent reviews and calibration sessions.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Lead the employee engagement strategy, including surveys and listening sessions; act as a culture steward to enhance morale and retention.
- Total Rewards Strategy: Advise on compensation, pay equity, and recognition programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Workforce Planning & Analytics : Lead HR business planning, manage TEC budgets, and deliver workforce insights to support strategic decisions.
- Operational Excellence & Governance: Ensure HR operational excellence, oversee global roles and org design, and support leadership team effectiveness through strategic facilitation.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, human resources, or a related field with a minimum of 7 years in progressively responsible HR roles, including business partner or generalist positions.
- Preferred experience supporting talent strategies in Operations functions; background in multinational consumer products companies is a plus.
- Strong awareness of leading-edge HR practices, reward strategies, and market innovations; solid project management capabilities.
- Team-oriented with the ability to influence across all organizational levels and foster strong partnerships.
- Capable of supporting a 3-shift manufacturing operation, demonstrating flexibility and operational understanding.
- Highly motivated and confident, thrives in dynamic environments with minimal direction, and drives transformation.
- Builds trust with senior leaders and peers to gain support for key initiatives while prioritizing organizational goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at using data to craft and deliver compelling presentations; inquisitive and strategic mindset.
