(Lower Austria), is part of a very succesful international group of companies additional locations in Romania, Poland, Turkey, the USA, China and Australia. We are engaged in the development, sale and service of
gangways, automatic door systems
and
interior fittings
for rail vehicles and busses. We are looking for a new employee for our location in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde to strengthen and expand our international market activities.
Your tasks:
- Systematic analysis, management and further development of internal business processes with a focus on efficiency, digitalization and cost-effectiveness
- Identification, evaluation and prioritization of automation and digitization potential, including business case- and payback-considerations
- Ensuring effective implementation together with department, key users and external partners, as well as measuring and providing transparency of internal and external performance
Your skills:
- Completed technical training or a completed degree in business or technology
- Experience in creating business cases and evaluating the economic impact of measures
- Very high IT affinity and strong process understanding
- Structured, analytical and results-oriented way of working
- High personal responsibility, assertiveness and strong communication skills
- Very good German and English skills
