NAMI Minnesota is located at 1919 University Ave W #400, St. Paul, MN 55104

● Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required

● At least two (2) years related experience in bookkeeping and payroll administration

● Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

● Proficiency with computers, including experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software including knowledge of journal entries

● Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems such as CBIZ and Click Time

● High level of self-initiative, adaptability, and independent problem-solving skills

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

● Ability to coordinate varying tasks accurately and on-time

● Good written and verbal communication skills

● A commitment to NAMI’s mission and values, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to integrate your commitment into your work

● Prolonged periods of working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. Ability to travel locally to multiple locations occasionally in the metro area
