Air Liquide Austria supplies the Austrian market with technical and medical gases, the associated application technology and equipment. A total of 250 employees throughout Austria are always close to our customers. Air Liquide Austria's headquarters are located in Schwechat near Vienna.

We are a small team with Markus Ünal as head of the Customer Service and Sales Excellence department, Augustin Savy as the Sales Excellence Manager for Carbagas (located in Switzerland), Julia Hoffmann as Digital Analyst (based in Austria and part time) and Natacha Grand as Digital and Sales Data Analyst responsible for Salesforce (based in Austria)
Based in the Austrian head office in Schwechat next to Vienna. Through our variety of tasks we have interfaces with a lot of departments in the company as Sales, Operations and Finance.

As our V.I.E. Digital & Sales Data Analyst, you will be the strategic link between technical data and commercial performance for our Austrian entity. You will move beyond "data crunching" to become a storyteller, translating complex information into visual tools that drive sales excellence.

Your mission will involve:

• Data Analysis & Visualization: You will be responsible for the analysis of sales data, with a primary focus on pricing management. You will create and maintain high-impact dashboards using Power BI and Excel to support decision-makers.

• Tool Optimization: You will drive the further improvement of existing pricing tools, including our contract database and Salesforce (CPQ).

• Strategic Support: You will support the development and implementation of pricing strategies (price guidance) for defined regions and product groups.

• Digital Innovation: You will supervise digital initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience and implement projects in the area of Sales Excellence.

• Collaborative Reporting: You will prepare data for strategic projects and present your insights directly to the commercial team, acting as a consultant for the local management.

Überzeugt auf ganzer Linie | Ihr Profil

We are looking for a proactive professional who combines technical data skills with a "hands-on" mentality and strong communication abilities.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or a comparable field (Finance/BA).

Technical Skills:

• Mandatory: High proficiency in Power BI and Excel/Google Spreadsheets.

• Preferred: Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Google Workspace applications (Docs, Drive).
  

While no prior full-time experience is required, 1-2 years of experience (internships or initial roles) in data visualization or digital business projects is a significant plus.

Soft Skills: You impress with your ability to work in a team, your curiosity about the corporate world, and your ability to manage large amounts of data while maintaining a focus on process efficiency.

Languages:

• English: Mandatory (Excellent knowledge).

• German: A strong plus/asset. German proficiency is highly valued for leading internal trainings and engaging with the local commercial team.
  

You must meet the requirements of the French V.I.E. program (EU National, under 28 years old).
