Business Development Analyst (f/m/d)

The Business Development team plays a central role in expanding Greentube’s footprint across current and future target markets. This position supports strategic growth initiatives by combining analytical thinking, financial insight, and strong communication skills. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the role contributes to market expansion, structured planning, and the continuous development of our international portfolio.

• Supports the preparation of business development plans and market entry cases based on analysis and company strategy
• Evaluates market potential and identifies new business opportunities in existing and target markets
• Contributes to the preparation and submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders
• Aligns business development initiatives with internal teams such as Development and Product Management, as well as external stakeholders including customers and regulators
• Participates in budget planning and strategic development activities in collaboration with management
• Perform regular and ad-hoc financial analyses to support data-driven decision making
• Enhances reporting structures to strengthen the connection between operational and financial performance
• Represents the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Tax, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in an IT-related business environment
• Experience in controlling/auditing/taxation
• Experience in business planning, financial reporting, and analytical evaluation
• Solid project management and organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple workstreams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Proactive, structured, and reliable working style
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of working time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
