EMEA Recruitment has partnered with a rapidly growing company in the IT and cybersecurity industry. Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business development and revenue growth across Switzerland, supporting the expansion of its cutting-edge security solutions.
This is a commercially focused role, centered on client acquisition, relationship management, and the strategic positioning of the company’s cybersecurity products and services across key market segments.
This role is based in Schwyz, Switzerland , with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week .
Main responsibilities of the Sales Manager include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the company’s presence across Switzerland and surrounding markets
- Build and manage strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in cybersecurity solutions
- Identify new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and drive consistent revenue growth in line with company objectives
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure alignment between client needs and solution offerings
- Manage contract negotiations and proposals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business development
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and client feedback to inform business strategy and continuously improve sales performance
Requirements of the Sales Manager:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the IT or cybersecurity industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, SaaS products, or IT infrastructure services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and German
- Strategic thinker with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
