As a Junior Learning & Development Specialist (m/f/d), you’ll join Flix in shaping how our global teams learn and grow. We go beyond training sessions to create practical learning experiences – from digital courses to processes and frameworks that truly support people and the business. You’ll contribute to impactful training programs and new projects, working with a collaborative team that values both ideas and execution. From brainstorming fresh solutions to ensuring smooth delivery, your work will help thousands of Flix employees develop and succeed worldwide.

About the Role

• Coordinate our comprehensive training program for entry-level employees, ensuring high-quality learning experiences and measurable outcomes 
• Manage operational L&D processes, including resolving JIRA tickets, maintaining our Learning Management System (FlixUni), and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations 
• Support global L&D initiatives by collaborating with colleagues across markets and contributing to cross-functional projects and strategic implementations 
• Create, curate & optimize digital learning content, including eLearnings, training materials, and interactive resources aligned with business needs 
• Assist in program delivery for existing learning initiatives and implement optimization, while contributing fresh ideas for new solutions to enhance employee development and engagement 
• Monitor & analyze learning data to track program effectiveness, identify automation opportunities, and support evidence-based decision-making 
• Provide administrative & project support for complex L&D initiatives while building your understanding of learning strategy and organizational development 

About You

• Experience +1 year in corporate sector with bonus points for background in tech, mobility, travel, or fast-paced, growth-oriented environments 
• Operational mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder requests effectively 
• Hands-on approach and willingness to dive into both strategic and tactical work, from content creation to system administration and program delivery 
• Tech-savvy with experience using Learning Management Systems, digital content creation tools, and project management platforms (JIRA experience is a plus) 
• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, international teams and present ideas clearly 
• Creative problem-solver who can think both systematically and innovatively when designing learning solutions and resolving operational challenges 
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a hybrid work environment and enjoys building relationships with colleagues across different functions and locations
