We are looking for a analytical and innovative Business Analyst to join our WIN (AI Sales Assistant) team. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering digital solutions that enhance the sales experience for our field sales teams – powered by AI – that delivers more sales impact and customer engagement.
What You'll do
As a Business Analyst, you will gather business requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide system support within an international scrum team using agile methods. You’ll focus primarily on MS Azure AI solutions, while also working with technologies like SAP S4 HANA, Salesforce, and AWS Microservices. Your work will contribute to systematic account development, enhancing productivity and customer engagement through WIN solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- At least bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dealing with cloud software (ideally CRM domains), business process management and agile methods.
- Strong communication skills with excellent English and interpersonal skills to manage change and perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management.
- Strong willingness and ability to learn.
- Passion for digital sales and service processes covering business requirements, solution designing, and hands-on implementation, paired with an interest in CRM software.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Data Analysis & Visualization – Ability to interpret & analyze data to generate meaningful insights and eloquently communicate findings to stakeholders
- Business acumen - Understand CRM principles and practice, business processes to align analytics with organizational goals
