As a crucial player in our success, you'll be at the forefront of planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results.

Your playing field:

• Campaign Planning and Execution. Brainstorm and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, display ads, and PPC.
• Content Production. Craft compelling slogans and core content that resonate with our target audience.
• Creative Briefs. Collaborate with our design team to ensure visually stunning representations aligned with our brand guidelines.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis. Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• A/B Testing and Optimization. Conduct A/B tests on various campaign elements to boost performance and enhance conversion rates.
• Campaign Reporting. Prepare insightful reports showcasing campaign performance and actionable recommendations.
• SEM Support:.Contribute to keyword research, content optimization, and ad campaign management for SEM initiatives.
• Collaboration and Coordination. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistent messaging.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends. Keep abreast of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies for innovative campaign strategies.

This is how you score with us:

• Bachelor's Degree. In Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience. +2 years in a similar role, with a passion for soccer and popular sports.
• German Speaking. Fluent in German to effectively communicate and engage with our target audience.
• Digital Marketing Expertise. Strong understanding and operational capabilities in PPC, SEM, and social media marketing channels.
• Analytical Mindset. Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Creative Thinking. Generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns.
• Organizational Skills. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong Work Ethic. Willing to go the extra mile to achieve success.
• Collaborative Attitude. Work effectively within cross-functional teams.
