• Provide first-level support and guidance to employees using the internal AI solution (ChatGPT)
• Configure and maintain AI agents, customize data integrations, and manage access to internal documents and knowledge sources
• Support the integration of AI applications into existing business processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Assist in training sessions and onboarding activities to enable employees to work efficiently with AI tools
• Troubleshoot common technical and user-related issues to ensure stable and reliable operation
• Create, maintain, and improve documentation, user guides, and training materials

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field
• Good understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, AI tools, and data platforms
• Familiarity with data integration methods and APIs for connecting different data sources
• Analytical and curious mindset with the ability to understand AI-related challenges at a conceptual level
• Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach with a strong willingness to learn
• Proactive attitude and interest in exploring new AI tools and technologies
• Personally, you are a team player, able to work under pressure, work independently and have very good communication skills.
• You have good German and very good English skills
