Student or Research Assistant

We are the Plant Systems Biology Department, and our research centers on proteomics -- uncovering how proteins shape plant growth, adaptation, and resilience.
We are looking for a motivated student assistant to join our team and actively contribute to our experimental work in molecular plant biology.
You will be involved in hands-on laboratory work, including:
o Molecular cloning (extraction of plant RNA, performing PCR reactions, gel electrophoresis, transformation of bacteria)
o Extracting plant proteins (preparing buffers, homogenization of plant tissues, protein extraction, quantification of protein concentration)
Depending on your interest and experience, you might also work on:
o Generation of transgenic plants (floral dipping, Agrobacterium infiltration) o Genotyping o Microscopy Who We’re Looking For o A reliable and detail-oriented student with an interest in molecular biology who wants to get more hands-on experience in the lab.
o Our team is international, so a good level of English is appreciated.
o Willing to work 30 hours per month.
o Available for at least 6 months.
