Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and service-minded Assistant to support our divisional management and Danish leadership team. In this role, you will act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes.
We welcome applications from both experienced professionals and career changers with strong organizational and communication skills who are eager to grow into this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and calendars for divisional management
- Prepare meeting materials, draft minutes, and edit presentations
- Support with internal and external communication, including newsletters and translations (Danish ↔ English)
- Organize events and social activities for the Danish leadership team and staff
- Handle general office administration, including mail, calls, and ad hoc tasks
- Maintain and update documents, archives, and administrative records
Qualifications
- Experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role or strong transferable skills from another background
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Service-minded, professional, and approachable
- Flexible and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility
