Our facility in Vienna offers 44 000 pallet spaces in cold storage and pet food and is the largest cold storage facility in Austria.

Tasks

· Full support on weekly/monthly forecasting, and annual budgeting for Austria operations

· Lead variance analysis with clear explanation of drivers (volume, mix, labor, inventory etc)

· Partner closely with site leadership, FP&A managers, and support functions

· Provide insight on volumes, profitability, inventory valuation, and stock movements

· Support margin improvement initiatives across storage, handling, and production activities

· Improve, standardize and visualize, KPIs, dashboards, and performance management at site level

Requirements

· Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent practical experience (HAK, Wifi, ...)

· Preferred 4–5+ years experience in FP&A, controlling, or operations finance

· Experience in logistics, cold storage, manufacturing, or pet food / food production is a strong plus

· Solid understanding of inventory accounting, cost flows, and operational drivers

· Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar reporting tools strongly preferred

· Comfortable in English & German (B2)

· Comfortable owning end-to-end operational FP&A for Austria

· Understanding of logistics, cold storage, and inventory-driven operations

· Pragmatic, detail-focused, and confident challenging operational assumptions
