Core tasks:

• Check-in and checkout process of individual guests and groups:

  • Welcoming guests
  • Check-in process
  • Checkout process

• Cash-up responsibility

• Point of contact for guests:

  • Information and advice about the city, transport, sights, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, etc.
  • Handling complaints and solving problems

• Point of contact for external people: first contact person for suppliers, neighbours, public authorities (e.g. police), etc.

• Ensuring adherence to house rules

Required core competencies:

• Professional specific competency:

  • Language skills (proficiency in English and basic level of German)
  • Computer skills (Office, Mews)

Our offer

• A gross salary of € 13,22 per hour
