Core tasks:

Check-in and checkout process of individual guests and groups:
- Welcoming guests
- Check-in process
- Checkout process

Cash-up responsibility

Point of contact for guests:
- Information and advice about the city, transport, sights, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, etc.
- Handling complaints and solving problems

Point of contact for external people: first contact person for suppliers, neighbours, public authorities (e.g. police), etc.

A gross salary of € 13,22 per hour
