Your tasks to the point:

• general administrative and organizational tasks (incl. appointment and e-mail management)
• writing from dictation
• file management
• welcoming clients at reception

• excellent written and spoken German and very good English skills
• excellent knowledge of MS Office

• professional experience in a law firm is advantageous
