Role Overview
The Solution Sales Manager will drive revenue growth from clients in the Financial Services sector in Austria (primary focus) and Switzerland. The candidate will achieve the sales targets by selling advisory, implementation and application management services related to ServiceNow’s Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Tanium’s Autonomous IT Platform, as well as corresponding licenses. In addition, Advania’s own ServiceNow-based apps, such as Instance Manager and Health 360, will be part of the portfolio.
This role requires a consultative approach to help clients achieve proactive risk management, regulatory compliance (incl. DORA and NIS2), and operational resilience.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for ServiceNow IRM and Tanium solutions within the Financial Services sector in Austria and Switzerland.

Closely cooperate with ServiceNow and Tanium sales and alliance management on leads and opportunities.

Identify and pre-qualify opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and close multi-million Euro deals.

Solution Positioning

Lead discovery workshops to understand client challenges in risk, compliance, and cybersecurity.

Present tailored demonstrations showing how ServiceNow IRM and Tanium deliver continuous risk visibility, automated compliance, and real-time remediation.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with C-level executives, risk officers, and IT security leaders.

Collaborate with ServiceNow and Tanium technical consultants to design integrated solutions.

Market Development

Stay current on regulatory trends (e.g., DORA, NIS2, GDPR, etc.) impacting Financial Services.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings
Requirements
Qualifications

Experience
-
5+ years in enterprise solution sales, ideally in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), cybersecurity, or IT operations.

Proven track record selling into Financial Services organizations in Austria and/or Switzerland.

Technical Knowledge

Familiarity with ServiceNow’s platform capabilities, especially related to GRC workflows.

Understanding of Tanium’s endpoint management and compliance capabilities is a plus.

Skills

Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

Ability to articulate business value and ROI for integrated risk and compliance solutions.

PreferredExperience with AI-driven automation in risk management and compliance processes.
