We need you for:

· Driving international recruiting activities, including active sourcing and candidate engagement

· Continuously optimizing recruiting strategies, sourcing channels, and candidate approaches

· Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and direct search to hiring and initiating the onboarding

· Ensuring a professional, timely, and transparent candidate experience, including rejection management

· Collaborating closely with hiring managers as a sparring partner on recruiting needs, profiles, and market insights

· Contributing to key People & Culture topics such as operational initiatives, company culture, and employer branding

Your profile:

· Completed education in Human Resources or a related field

· At least 5 years of professional recruiting experience, ideally within the life science industry

· Strong passion for identifying talent and guiding candidates through the recruitment journey

· Proactive, structured, and quality-driven working style with high resilience

· Confident handling of digital tools; experience with HR and recruiting systems is an advantage

· Professional fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

· Team-oriented mindset, high level of commitment, and strong willingness to continuously learn
