Our Hotel Cleanliness Expert - Minibar Attendant are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities, the Guest Environment Expert makes sure the spaces in the hotel help create a great guest experience.

As a Minibar Attendant, you will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring minibars are fully stocked, organized, and functioning properly. Your attention to detail and proactive service will contribute to maintaining a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock and replenish minibar items in guest rooms according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
• Inspect minibars daily to ensure all items are accounted for, organized, and in good condition.
• Accurately record minibar consumption and report discrepancies to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked storage area for minibar supplies.
• Monitor expiration dates and ensure all products are fresh and within the shelf life.
• Respond promptly to guest requests related to minibar services.
• Report any maintenance issues or malfunctions with minibar equipment to the appropriate team.
• Assist in inventory control by tracking minibar usage and notifying supervisors of supply needs.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and restocking processes.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Comfortable standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Previous hospitality or similar experience is a plus but not required.
