• Assist in project planning and organization within the Discover SAP team
• Plan, coordinate, and document team meetings, workshops, and events including follow-ups
• Support the preparation of clear and concise presentations, reports, and other assets
• Develop and manage internal communication materials

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) in the field of Business, Management or a related field
• Coordination, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous work experience is beneficial
• Fluent in English
• Excellent time management skills, team player, reliable, proactive, and creative
• It is important to us that our students are in or near Walldorf as we also have location-based assets and services
• At least 2 semesters of studies to finish
