We are looking for a Business Process Training Expert in our newly established Business Process Management & Architecture Team to support the Process and Data Organization with implementation of business processes by developing a training concept and providing trainings to the functional organizations on the execution of the implemented processes. The Business Process Training Expert plays a key role in the implementation of the processes and process templates and in increasing the maturity of the functional organization to execute processes and to adhere to the defined and implemented process template.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop training concept (approach, methodology, tools, training process) for implementing network of business processes in the functional organizations
- Create, maintain and improve business process training materials
- Organize and provide regular process training to the functional organizations on the execution of the business processes and support process documentation and improvement with special focus on integrating changes in based on feedback from the functional organization
- Provide hands-on support to the Local/Regional Process Experts on the details of the defined and implemented business processes
- Build network and facilitate collaboration among process stakeholders to promote harmonized BPM practices and knowledge sharing
YOUR QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science or a related field (master's preferred), or equivalent work experience; minimum 1 year of professional experience in Business Process Management and in using SAP Signavio or similar BPM systems.
- Experience in developing training concepts, training materials and providing trainings to business stakeholders
- BPM Expertise: Solid knowledge of Business Process Management and the BPMN 2.0 process modelling notation; familiarity with at least one core process area (e.g., production, sales, service, procurement, finance, HR).
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management capabilities, paired with an open, learning‑oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Fluency in English; German proficiency preferred

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53,241.02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualifications, we offer market-conform overpayment.
