Your position
We are seeking a forward-thinking and proactive HR Specialist with a strong focus on training, learning & development and AI-related learning initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying skill gaps, designing impactful learning programs, and delivering engaging trainings, especially around leadership, digital transformation, and future competencies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people development, who understands the evolving workplace, and is confident delivering high-impact training programs across diverse employee groups.
Your tasks
- Identifying current and future training needs aligned with business goals
- Designing and implementing effective learning strategies and training programs & monitoring their impact
- Facilitating engaging sessions (virtual and in-person) including leadership, soft skills, and Train-the-Trainer formats
- Developing high-quality learning materials and managing training calendars, vendors, and budgets
- Fostering a learning culture and driving upskilling initiatives through data and feedback.
Your profile
- A degree in human resources, psychology, education, learning and development, or similar
- Several years of experience in a training and/or learning and development role, ideally with exposure to digital or AI-related topics
- Experience in designing and delivering employee trainings using adult learning principles and digital or AI tools
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors, AI Video tools, e-learning tools, and Microsoft 365.
Languages: English – fluent, German or any other language will be considered an asset
Our offer
The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €95,000.00, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
