Head of Product / Testing (m/f/d) for software company

For an international company

The role:

• Management and expansion of the quality engineering team
• Planning and coordination of verification and validation for software releases
• Expansion of automated test frameworks (including Playwright, Typescript, Cucumber
• Ensuring fast and reliable CI/CD pipelines
• Interface function between engineering, DevOps, product and other teams
• Responsibility for risk management and audit preparation (e.g., IEC 62304)
• Promotion of a culture of quality throughout the product and engineering departments

Requirements:

• Completed technical degree or equivalent training
• At least 10 years of experience in software quality management, including 5 years in a management position
• Proven experience in fast-growing companies
• In-depth knowledge of QA methods, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with Typescript/ JavaScript and testing tools such as Playwright or Cypress
• Ideally, experience in regulated industries (medtech, finance, automotive, etc.) and in audit management

The offer:

• Annual gross salary staring at €95,000 (all-in, overpayment depending on qualifications and experience
