tasks
- You analyse security incidents, evaluate technical relationships and, together with the team, take appropriate measures
- You are the central interface between customers and our international analysts and bring together technical analyses, measures and communication
- You are responsible for onboarding new SOC customers and support them as a technical contact person during regular operations
- You are actively involved in the continuous improvement of our SOC services, detection processes and use cases
- You identify attack patterns, vulnerabilities and relevant security use cases and continuously develop your know-how in this area
Profile
- You have completed a degree in cyber security, computer science or a similar technical environment
- You have initial practical experience in cyber security, ideally in the SOC environment
- Your heart beats for cyber security — you follow current attack methods, vulnerabilities and approaches to detect them
- You communicate clearly, work in a customer-oriented manner and are able to get to the heart of technical relationships in a comprehensible way
- You enjoy working in a team, taking responsibility for your topics and tackling tasks independently and in a solution-oriented manner
- Security certifications are an advantage, but not a must
