Marketing Director (f/m/x)

Food - FMCG

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

• Develop and lead the group-wide brand and portfolio strategy across multiple countries
• Lead and expand the international marketing organization and establish scalable structures, roles, and processes to support strong growth
• Drive integrated marketing and communication initiatives to increase brand relevance and demand
• Create and implement annual marketing plans that increase performance, awareness, and trial rates of the strategic brands
• Lead corporate communication, shape a clear brand and corporate narrative, and support cultural integration
• Promote data-driven decision-making by integrating insights, market analyses, and performance KPIs into strategic planning

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Several years of experience in senior marketing roles within the FMCG or food industry, ideally in an international context
• Expertise in multi-country brand management and in building international marketing structures
• Proven track record in brand & portfolio strategy, integrated marketing, and demand creation
• Strong leadership skills with experience in building and developing international teams
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on mentality and high agility
• Business-fluent English and German; additional CEE languages (Slovak and Czech) are a plus

The annual gross salary for this position starts at € 120,000 with an additional performance-related bonus and a willingness to overpay according to your qualifications and experience.
