As a Product Owner, you play a central role in shaping the product by maximizing value delivery and aligning the team backlog with customer needs and strategic stakeholder priorities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Define and optimize the product strategy based on in-depth market analysis and customer insights
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate software deployment, release, and rollback strategies.
• Manage software lifecycle aligned with the overall project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Drive product roadmap planning and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Apply agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe

Your Qualifications & Skills:

• Background in System Engineering, Software Architecture, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Telematics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, System Engineer in an agile setup.
• IPMA Project Management Certification is beneficial.
• Experience in electronic toll collection or telematics is required.
• Passion for driving collaboration and delivering high-quality, complex projects across teams.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive approach.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills. German, Spanish, or any additional language is an advantage.
