We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive (m/f/d) to support the growth of our business through a combination of existing and new customer management and pricing activities. This role requires a proactive sales professional who can independently manage customer relationships, identify new opportunities and contribute to pricing strategies that support sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify, address and win new customers in the Polish market.
• Prepare, negotiate and follow up on commercial offers and contracts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth goals.
• Analyze customer requirements and provide customized commercial solutions.
• Support pricing activities, including price calculations, price analysis, quoting, and execution of pricing strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Keep accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Several years of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record in both account management and new business customer development.
• Experience in pricing, commercial analysis or quotation management is highly desirable.
• Native or fluent Polish speakers and good English skills are required.
• Knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region if necessary.
