Tasks:
- Own and build the backend of Tset's core software, shaping how engineers work tomorrow
- Collaborate in a cross-functional feature team (Product, Frontend, Customer Success)
- Deliver features and improvements that are aligned with strategic company goals
- Dive into a variety of backend challenges—from architecture to performance tuning
- Be part of a knowledge-sharing engineering culture, driven by curiosity and high standards
Must-have:
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Java, Kotlin, Spring, or similar
- Solid knowledge of relational databases and backend system design
- Deep familiarity with the Spring framework
- Curiosity for new tech in the JVM ecosystem and modern software architecture
- A structured, analytical mindset with a pragmatic hands-on attitude
- Proficiency in English for clear collaboration in an international team
Nice-to-have:
- Prior exposure to cost calculation / manufacturing / cost drivers domain
